Mary Ellen was predeceased by her sister, Christine Kauffman; sister-in-law, Connie Cunningham, and best friend, Shirley Sullivan. Ruth enjoyed two trips this last year to the Outer Banks of South Carolina with her daughters and to Idaho to visit her stepson Daniel and his wife Alison. Shippy Realty LTD in Ithaca, NY and later purchased the Dryden Drive-In movie theater in Freeville, NY, where he founded Homes With Integrity Inc., selling manufactured homes which then evolved into a construction company developing residential home lots with modular homes. Ed was born October 19, 1931 in Rochester, NY, the son of the late Alfred J. and Mildred H. (DeHond) Stephany. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Jack (Francis) and beloved dog Cocoa. He also enjoyed going to hill climbs (Poags Hole). She loved walking in Philadelphia, photographing the cityscape and spending time with the daughter she adored.
